What will it take from me to get a building from Backyard Bldgs?

Come in to The BarnwooD Inn and either:
- Pay for building in Full or
- Pay First Months (choose 36,48 or 60 month plan) payment.
  
  No Credit check, no additional hoops to jump through
- Custom order building with payment

What does Delivery look like?

Delivery takes 10-15 days (custom orders take a few additional days). However units off the Lot take between 3 and 7 business days.
Delivery includes setting and leveling the building on your provided Concrete slab, blocks or bricks

or we will provide the pressure treated wood.

Rent to Own was established as an alternative to mini-warehousing. Our no strings plan allows you to have your own storage facility for your backyard or business, when and where you need it. The low monthly lease rates are comparable to mini-warehousing rates per square foot. You are not required to fill out a credit application, nor are you required to keep your building.
